Agoodday relocation & real estate Sàrl (hereinafter Agoodday) provides services, assistance and advice to companies and individuals, in particular for the relocation of people in French-speaking Switzerland. Agoodday also offers real estate services.

When accessing our website and/or communicating with us via the contact form on our website, email, or other channels you consent to this Privacy Policy. In case you should not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy, you must inform us and discontinue using our website. We shall then not be able to provide any further relocation or related services to you.

Personal data is, in simpler terms, any information about you that enables you to be identified. Personal data covers obvious information such as your name and contact details, but it also covers less obvious information such as identification numbers, electronic location data, and other online identifiers.

Personal data and other confidential information are collected relating to the provision of relocation and real estate services. Personal information received from customers both private and corporate will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our approved services. Agoodday is permitted to use personal data to carry out the relocation and real estate services, the information is never sold to third parties. To carry out the relocation and real estate services information may be shared with the following:

Real Estate Agencies/Real Estate Broker/Real Estate Owners: Agoodday will transfer personal information to apply for rental/purchase properties in the relocation process. Agoodday is not responsible for the use of the data by the real estate agencies/broker/owners or landlord.
Third-Party Service Providers we work in association with: We work closely with various third-party service providers to assist our customers in the relocation process (insurance broker, banking services, real estate agents, private/local schools, cleaning and handyman services, utility companies). When we use third-party service providers, we disclose only the personal information relevant to delivering the requested service.

Agoodday website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Should customers not agree, partially or entirely, with the content of this Privacy Policy, they need to notify in writing to info@agoodday.ch before service delivery has started. Agoodday reserves the right to cancel services in this case.

We delete your personal data when all processing purposes have been fulfilled. When we are obliged by statutory provisions to retain your personal data, we will delete it after the end of the applicable retention period. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, including the right to request correction of incorrect personal data, its restriction and deletion. In addition and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Agoodday website.
